How do I follow the breathing cues?
Breathe in as the light brightens and the vibration strengthens. Pause briefly when the vibration stops. Then breathe out on the next vibration, as the light dims. Each inhale and exhale is timed at around 5 seconds—for a pace of 6 breaths per minute, the rhythm shown to calm your nervous system.
You can also adjust the pace between 5–7 breaths per minute by holding the button and tapping to increase the number of blue lights on the ring—more lights means a faster pace (up to 7 breaths per minute).
